Accommodation

We have 4 pretty barn conversion cottages sleeping from 2 to 8 people,  all with enclosed patio gardens making them safe for children & pets.  When designing our cottages we also considered access for the elderly and partially disabled guests and therefore we have some bedrooms and bathrooms on the ground floor.

Nichol House and Chris Cottage was originally a cart shed dating from the l820’s and The Old Shippon and The Byre are converted cow houses from the same era.  We still have part of the original cow house standing so if you are interested in old buildings please feel free to wander around.  Each cottage is decorated and furnished to a high standard and we have kept as many of the oak beams and original features as possible.  All our cottages are run on electricity and have night storage heating, plus plug-in heaters, extra pillows & blankets, books and games.  There is plenty of parking space with some undercover and opposite the farm there is a bridle path which is ideal for dog walking to the next village.

Our cottages are only a few metres from our Grade 11 listed farmhouse where extra 'room only'  accommodation is available. Guests are welcome to use our large lawn for an informal game of croquet, cricket, football or just relax around the gardens.
